That's right! We own a house or well at least a mortgage! We have been waiting and hoping and praying that this particular home would be ours. We put in an offer clear back on November 30, 2009. Better pictures will be forth coming. However, we are spending the next week making it all pretty inside.

And it sits on a big lot with only the front yard landscaped
AND WE LOVE IT!!!!!!
On an interesting note, this home is like everything else in Mommy's life. She bought the first wedding dress she tried on. Daddy made Mommy look at more than one wedding ring. She took the first apartment she and Daddy looked at. They walked on to the car lot and walked out with the only car they even bothered to look at. She and Daddy only took one dog for a walk at the huge adopt-a-thon with rows of doggies. And this house was the first house that they looked at and she put in an offer on the next business day. She and Daddy only looked at the insides of three other houses. They are ridiculous!

That's so AWESOME!!!! It's going to be sometime before we can say the same.... I'm jealous a little. :D But I'm so excited for you guys! We'll have to come visit St. George just to see you and your new house!

Having your own house is soooooo nice. But it also equates to a lot of yardwork :)
