A year and a half!

Hey everybody! Today I am 18 months old. A year and a half has gone by! Mommy thinks that it's a bad omen that she started using the phrase "The Terrible Twos" today. We tried to do a photo shoot after my nap.

Aunt Angie even tried to help, but I was having none of that.

Unfortunately for Uncle Marty, this is how I react EVERY time I see him...not just when I am particularly crabby.

But then Aunt Angie figured out how to sweeten my mood even if only temporarily.


So here is my official 18 month photo shoot.

Halfway!

Mommy is now halfway done with her pregnancy! Yeah! You know what that means? We got to see inside her tummy. Here are a couple pictures.
The first one is a profile of Baby Sesame's face. The second one is a straight on look of Sesame. We also call this "The Terminator Shot".


This next one is a 3D image..Sesame is kind of covered up, but you can see Sesame's little nose and mouth.


And I'm sure you're all thinking that's nice, but is Sesame a boy or is Sesame a girl? We don't have a great picture of it, but Sesame is a little SISTER for me! She's a girl. Which means we have 3 new granddaughters being born to the Romney side all at the same time. Unfortunately, that also means the numbers stand as such..2 grandsons and NINE granddaughters in August.

Pictures with Oma

So finally here are the pictures of me playing with bubbles on our last night with Oma and Apa. Somehow Apa escaped without a picture with us.






And here is the next day where apparently Daddy has something in his eye.

A little bit of catch up!

The big thing that happened this week is that my Oma and Apa left for Brussels! We took wonderful pictures of our bubble playing fun, but then my "placenta head" mommy didn't grab the camera as we headed back south. So those pictures will have to wait a few more days. We still wanted to do a shout out to Oma and Apa though! We miss you! We love the emails!
And if any of you remember, this actually means my time in St. George is up! Oh no! We'll be moving up to SLC shortly, but Daddy has to get the house ready first. So Mommy and I are going to hang out for just a few more weeks and pack in as much sun and warmth. We're excited though and already got our zoo membership! YEAH!

And these pictures were taken just this week. Aunt Becca and Uncles Eric, and Marty were on Spring Break and it felt almost like summer. Mommy and I have tan lines!


Then of course, I need to wish Grandma and Aunt Becca a belated Happy Birthday! I loved the cake. It was my favorite...well maybe those cool singing cards you both got were my favorite!

A Jump on Summer

Mommy is desperate to get a jump on summer. Bring on the heat! (As Jonathan's mommy pointed out, that makes mommy crazy seeing as how she'll be in her third trimester during some of the worst of the heat!) Anyway, normally we don't get to jump in the hot tub until it's dark outside, but Grandma thought it might be more fun to do it during the day so we could feel like we were swimming! Boy was she right. It made it feel like it was summer time. Except for the part where the big pool water was still probably 50 degrees or below. We didn't swim in the big pool.

I was so excited when mommy opened the pool cover that I didn't want to wait for Daddy to come back with my swim suit. I stripped naked and made mommy very nervous until Daddy got there!

Busted!

Yup, that would be me standing on Grandma and Grandpa's pool cover. I didn't actually walk on it so I think I shouldn't be in trouble!
